Yes. Our free plan gives you 50 credits per month free of cost. Credits are counted in chunks of 5MB. A 15MB PDF file will cost 3 credits. If you have other questions or doubts about the API during this process, please feel free to contact us.

Only our enterprise plans have contracts because of the sheer scale involved. All other plans can be cancelled anytime by clicking a button on the dashboard.

If you are not satisfied with our service, we will offer an immediate refund (no questions asked) if asked within 7 days. You can just write to support for this and we will do the needful.

We understand this can happen on a busy month. If this is a one off thing, you can request a quota increase by writing to support so we will keep the service running. If your monhtly needs have increased you can increase the plan size from the billing section of the dashboard. In any case, our system will always send you an email alert when you are nearing the completion of your quota, so you will have enough time to act on the issue.
